I read the book Brown Sunshine by Marguerite Henry. It is a great book to read if you like horses. This book is about a girl who wants and dreams of a horse of her own. On her tenth birthday her father took her to the horse sale .She was disappointed that they could not afford a young colt . The old mare soon became her pride and joy . I am giving this book a five star rating . I like this book because it is written by my favorite author Marguerite Henry and because I love horses .Katelyn
